2. Description of Service

Dwelleroo provides a cloud-based property management platform designed for independent landlords. Our Service includes tools for rent collection, tenant management, maintenance tracking, financial reporting, and listing management.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password secure and confidential.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to discriminate against any person in violation of fair housing laws.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior consent.

5. Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
• Provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.
• Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VEDESI Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEDESI Inc. and its product Dwelleroo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
